Job Title: Assistant Accounts Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Accounts Manager to support the accounting department in managing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with accounting software and SAP/ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and assist with tax audits.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and intercompany accounts regularly.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reports.
- Monitor and control petty cash and ensure timely reimbursement and record-keeping.
- Work closely with the accounts manager or finance head to implement financial strategies and controls.
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Identify and report discrepancies or financial issues for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Bachelor's or equivalent).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/SAP/ ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: Rs50, Rs65,000.00 per month
