Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Repairer located in Faisalabad. The Repairer will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks, including fixing electrical issues, plumbing, AC repair, painting, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting. The day-to-day tasks involve responding to service requests, diagnosing problems, providing efficient repair solutions, coordinating with the service team, ensuring quality work, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires timely and efficient service delivery to our customers at their doorstep.

Qualifications

  • Experience in electrical repairing, plumbing, AC repair, painting, carpentry, and appliance fixing
  • Ability to diagnose problems and provide efficient repair solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of renovation, construction, and maintenance practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
