Job Description:

Ensuring safe & secure compliance of Maintenance & Repair activities following ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHS standards with continuous risk assessment, & effective management of team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing functions of Maintenance & Repair Department.
  • Monitoring, handling Engineering and terminal Maintenance activities through cross functional teams.
  • Monitor health of equipment & carry out necessary tasks accordingly.
  • Ensure adherence to standard specifications for maintenance, maintenance schedule of all equipment and various instruments recommend improvements wherever necessary during scheduled/ unscheduled shutdown.
  • Monitor timely issue of work orders for repair, maintenance and improvement works.
  • Ensure safe custody of suppliers' manuals for all types of equipment and instruments, and release specific information to users according to needs.
  • Review maintenance histories of major equipment and recommend replacement when maintenance becomes un-economical.
  • Monitor implementation of safety procedures by maintenance crew to prevent accidents and environmental pollution, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with other department of the Division to resolve day to day matters.

Qualifications:

  • BE (Mechanical /Electrical) with at least 5+ years of experience in oil terminals repair & maintenance function.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a technical workforce.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
