We're now expanding our team and looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing family.

Position Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social platforms. You will play a key role in developing strategies that generate leads, improve ROI, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve client goals (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B test variations to improve campaign performance.
  • Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion pixels.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and new advertising tools.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to align ad creatives with overall brand strategy.
  • Suggest improvements in client strategies and assist the sales team with accurate campaign projections.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Proficiency with keyword and competitor research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
