About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Associate with excellent English communication skills, creative writing ability, and a strong interest in client outreach. The ideal candidate can craft compelling messages, engage prospects, and help grow our business through smart communication and marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, marketing, and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, persuasive content for emails, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in client outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
  • Research potential clients, industries, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and help create copy for digital platforms (social media, blogs, ads).
  • Maintain CRM or lead-tracking tools to ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in business development, client outreach, or content writing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. business hours).
  • Based in or able to commute to DHA Phase 2, Lahore.
