Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, and tour packages.
  • Supervise and support staff in reservations, sales, and customer service departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, complaints, and special requests.
  • Monitor service quality and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate group bookings, corporate travel, and special travel arrangements.
  • Manage GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) for ticketing and reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with IATA, airline policies, and travel regulations.
  • Collaborate with accounts and sales teams to align operations with financial and business goals.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in travel agency operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, GDS systems, and travel industry processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
