Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Rawalpindi. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting quality audits, and managing overall quality control and management procedures. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product standards while meeting regulatory and company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience in Quality Management and implementing quality standards
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
  • Skills in conducting Quality Auditing and related activities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • The candidate must be willing to work on shiftwise working hours
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Min 3 years experince in FMCG Industry (Food Manufacturing Unit)
  • Industry certifications in quality assurance or auditing are a plus
