We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about delivering flawless user experiences and ensuring product reliability across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing, API validation and mobile app QA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases for web portals, mobile applications, and APIs
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, , etc.)
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure testing coverage and quality deliverables
  • Conduct risk-based testing to identify high-impact areas
  • Perform cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, browsers, devices)
  • Contribute to QA documentation including test plans, reports, and defect summaries
  • Support in setting up automation scripts and frameworks (basic Selenium or Postman knowledge preferred)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in software quality assurance (web, mobile, API testing)
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes
  • Proficiency in tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar for API testing
  • Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

working hours: 12pm uk to 8pm uk Monday - Saturday
