Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Operations Manager located in Karachi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices. The role includes managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Other tasks include coordinating with different departments, handling customer inquiries, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
