motivated, detail-oriented, and intelligent Project Coordinator – Supply Chain Compliance
for one of our
esteemed clients
, a
multinational supply chain compliance firm
working with global blue-chip companies across multiple countries.

This role offers

Excellent (10/10)
English writing and communication skills
are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities

Manage client communications as a
key account manager
for assigned accounts.

  • Prepare and send quotes/proposals.
  • Manage communications with partners and logistics companies.
  • Handle documentation, price list requests, and invoices.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain excellent client relationships.

Produce high-quality written content (articles, news items, updates) for the company's digital platforms.

Manage communications with regulators and logistics partners, ensuring complete documentation.

Update and communicate project status in CRM to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist and update the executive team on ongoing projects and activities.

Demonstrate a
growth mindset
— take initiative and seize every learning and development opportunity.

Work independently on research-based assignments while collaborating effectively within the team.


Required Qualification

  • BBA, MBA, BS Management, BS Economics, or a relevant business/management qualification

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
    are strongly encouraged to apply.
