Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all queries.
- Process orders (new and replacement) for internal and external customers as required.
- Take ownership of customers in the account database, focusing on account growth and value.
- Meet revenue and renewal targets, prepare price quotes, upsell Axelliant products/services, and resolve customer needs.
- Evaluate operational procedures; recommend and implement process/automation improvements.
- Collect and provide product information to customers and Axelliant partners.
- Share customer feedback with appropriate teams to improve service delivery.
- Plan and execute effective sales campaigns to grow accounts and increase revenue.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers regarding offers and promotions.
- Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and technical developments.
- Research and understand the product line, including each product's function and purpose.
- Keep team leads and managers informed, including timely preparation of reports.
- Build and nurture relationships with multiple key decision makers (customers and partners).
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, ideally within technology (Inside Sales preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Experience with CRM, Business Central, Salesforce, or SAP preferred.
- Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new solutions.
- Strong phone presence and experience in high-volume customer interaction environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile technology is a plus.
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with initiative, results-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prior experience with
Microsoft Partnerships and sales
will be given priority.
