Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all queries.
  • Process orders (new and replacement) for internal and external customers as required.
  • Take ownership of customers in the account database, focusing on account growth and value.
  • Meet revenue and renewal targets, prepare price quotes, upsell Axelliant products/services, and resolve customer needs.
  • Evaluate operational procedures; recommend and implement process/automation improvements.
  • Collect and provide product information to customers and Axelliant partners.
  • Share customer feedback with appropriate teams to improve service delivery.
  • Plan and execute effective sales campaigns to grow accounts and increase revenue.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers regarding offers and promotions.
  • Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales strategies.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and technical developments.
  • Research and understand the product line, including each product's function and purpose.
  • Keep team leads and managers informed, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Build and nurture relationships with multiple key decision makers (customers and partners).

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, ideally within technology (Inside Sales preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
  • Experience with CRM, Business Central, Salesforce, or SAP preferred.
  • Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new solutions.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in high-volume customer interaction environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile technology is a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter with initiative, results-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience with
    Microsoft Partnerships and sales
    will be given priority.
