Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Sweeper/Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our office premises. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and contribute to creating a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all office floors, corridors, and common areas.
  • Dust, wipe, and polish office furniture, including desks, tables, chairs, and window sills.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and pantry/kitchen areas daily, including toilets, sinks, countertops, and fixtures.
  • Empty all trash and recycling bins, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
  • Clean mirrors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning supply levels; inform management when supplies are low.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the management.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a cleaning role will be preferred & training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high hygiene standards.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete all tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
