• Elicit (by Ought) – AI assistant for literature review: answers questions by extracting info from papers.

2. Proper Reading & Summarization

• Scholarcy – Summarizes PDFs into key findings, methods, and contributions.

• Explainpaper – Upload a PDF and highlight text you don't understand; AI explains it simply.

• Paper Digest – One-click research paper summaries (abstract, methods, results).

• ChatGPT + Plugins (ScholarAI, AskYourPDF) – Lets you upload papers and ask questions in natural language.

3. Writing & Drafting Research

• Writefull – AI-powered academic writing tool for grammar, phrasing, and citations.
