We're Hiring: User Acquisition (UA) Specialist – 2D & 3D Games

We're looking for a results-driven UA Specialist to join our team in-house and scale our 2D & 3D mobile games. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and know how to acquire quality users profitably, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize UA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity, and other ad networks.
  • Analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-positive growth.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives and A/B test variations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in UA for mobile games (2D & 3D).
  • Strong knowledge of mobile ad networks, attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), and analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling games with positive ROAS.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

We offer a market-competitive salary plus performance-based commission.
