Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Lead located in Lahore. The Client Acquisition Lead will manage and develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include conducting outreach, maintaining communication with clients, analyzing market trends, and working collaboratively to meet customer satisfaction goals and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilties
- Lead and manage the client acquisition process from prospecting to closure.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients, primarily in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective outreach, sales, and onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to align acquisition and retention goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
- Track acquisition performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and support the acquisition team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Satisfaction, Service, and Experience
- Proactive approach to identifying client needs and proposing solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the medical product or healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
