Talent Acquisition Intern (Pakistan) – Join Our Team

About the Role:

We're looking for driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring, candidate sourcing, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for local and international roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple job platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Support database updates and maintain candidate records
  • Help write and post job descriptions on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Assist with employer branding and outreach campaigns
  • Learn best practices in recruitment and HR processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for recruitment, HR, or people operations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards (a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter mindset with eagerness to learn
