About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (SCRUM) to lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient project execution, maintain strong client communication, and guide teams to deliver high-quality results within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects using Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, including attending occasional late meetings when required.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or SCRUM Master in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • SCRUM or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) will be a plus.
  • Comfortable with on-site work and occasional late meetings with clients.
