Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to deployment. Ensure

scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Support project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination to ensure

smooth execution and financial alignment.

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear

communication, issue resolution, and expectation management.

Organize and facilitate project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint

reviews, retrospectives) in line with Agile best practices.

Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and developers to

ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Prepare and maintain essential project documentation such as timelines,

reports, and issue logs.

Work with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives and

contribute to the refinement of delivery frameworks.

Coordinate project handovers to support and ensure smooth transition

into operational phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a

related discipline.

4–5 years of experience in project management or delivery within IT,

software, or enterprise solution domains.

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and

coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar project management

software.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Exposure to FMCG/CPG or enterprise SaaS projects will be an advantage.

Certification in Agile, Scrum Master, or PMP (preferred)
