Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask), React, and to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have strong command over both front-end and back-end development, with exposure to AWS services and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and (backend).
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs ensuring performance and security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver robust, user-centric solutions.
  • Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines (DevOps experience preferred).
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cloud performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Preferably 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask), React, and
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).
  • Exposure to AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, or AgenticAI.
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
