About the Role:

Badar Energy is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital presence, ad campaigns, and event marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and content coordination with designers, with proven experience in expo and event marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan and manage digital ad campaigns across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).


• Run lead generation campaigns and report detailed performance analytics.


• Coordinate with designers and content teams for creative material and campaign visuals.


• Handle digital promotions and branding for expos, trade shows, and events.


• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.


• Manage and grow social media presence with consistent branding and engagement.


• Understand and apply basic SEO and website management for better online visibility.


• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.


• Expertise in Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign analytics.


• Experience in expo/event marketing and promotional coordination is a must.


• Strong communication and team coordination skills.


• Basic knowledge of website operations and SEO fundamentals.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
