Key Responsibilities
Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Business Development:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project updates and timelines.
Qualifications
Education: Recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
