Our client, an International Company based in Islamabad, seeks an experienced and self-motivated Business Development Manager.

Qualifications:
- Preferably with Engineering degree (B.Sc/B.E Electronics) having minimum 5-10 years of experience of working with local and multinational companies (Age max. 40 Years)
- Experience in Sales/Marketing departments, and having Business Development Spirit
- Candidate must have good knowledge & interest in advanced technologies, especially on Civilian Markets (Aerospace, Aviation, Transport and Security)
- Ability and proven work experience for a multinational company
- Position will be based in Islamabad with travels to Karachi and other cities
- Excellent communication (speaking & writing); strong inter-personal & networking skills
- Demonstration of high ethical standards and reliability

Job Specification

- Build strong relationship with the Customers and set up action plans for developing business and enhancement of Customer satisfaction
- Develop full awareness of Customer environment and Competition
- Identify, qualify and develop Business opportunities with the Customers and Partners
- Interface with multinational Business Units having business stakes with Local Accounts
- Support the Sales teams in actions required for order intake as well as entire bid process
- Explore potential Partners and develop partnership agreements to enter in new markets
- Suggest, run, and participate in promotional plan for Accounts and measure performance of such activities as well as Customer satisfaction
