About Us:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and HR Assistant to join our team and support our accounting and HR operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices/payments.
  • Support HR activities such as recruitment, on-boarding, and employee record management.
  • Assist in preparing payroll data and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Manage HR documentation and respond to employee queries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve HR and finance processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
