About Us:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and HR Assistant to join our team and support our accounting and HR operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices/payments.
- Support HR activities such as recruitment, on-boarding, and employee record management.
- Assist in preparing payroll data and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Manage HR documentation and respond to employee queries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR and finance processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
