We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Create and optimize engaging content for blogs, websites, email newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring timely content posting, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement and track email marketing campaigns, analyzing results and making data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
