Job Title: Patient Help Desk Officer (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Help Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Customer Service Relations (CSR) and Medical Billing, with prior call center experience being a plus. Fresh graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide timely assistance through calls or emails.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Resolve billing-related queries efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring patient satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the billing and operations teams to streamline communication and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CSR and Medical Billing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for night shift work.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred (freshers may also apply).
