Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, located on-site in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems and assurance protocols. Daily tasks include performing quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), monitoring quality standards, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role requires excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining healthcare quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management practices
  • Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Proficiency in conducting Quality Auditing and implementing corrective actions
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, or Life Sciences
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or manufacturing environment is an asset
