Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 1–2 years of experience testing mobile and web applications. The role involves executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring that our products deliver a seamless experience for users. You will work closely with the Product, Development, and Marketing teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases for apps and web applications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through proper reporting tools.
  • Perform regression, functional, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ensure applications meet quality, performance, and user experience standards.
  • Assist in creating simple test documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of QA/testing experience (apps and web applications).
  • Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with bug-tracking/project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Familiarity with mobile (iOS/Android) and web application testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of API testing and basic SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
