Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead SQA located in Lahore. The Team Lead SQA will oversee both automation and manual testing processes. Responsibilities include leading the software quality assurance team, developing test plans, creating test cases, and collaborating with software development teams to ensure high-quality standards. The role also involves continuous improvement of testing strategies and staying updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • QA Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in Software Development and creating Test Cases
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with automation tools and frameworks is a plus
  • Certifications in QA or related disciplines are beneficial
