We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales operations and business development initiatives in the ready-mix concrete and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, clients, and projects within the construction and real estate sectors.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position Advance Concrete Solutions as a market leader.
• Oversee tendering, bidding, and pricing strategies to secure projects profitably.
• Develop and execute digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient after-sales service and quality assurance coordination.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely and quality supply of concrete.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies for senior management.
• Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years proven experience in sales and marketing within the Ready-Mix Concrete / Construction Materials Industry in Pakistan.
• Strong industry network with contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
