Job Title: Sales Development Representative and Lead Generation Specialist

Location: DHA, Phase 2, Islamabad

Experience Required: 3–5 years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
lead generation
,
outbound sales
, and
outreach within the North American market
. Prior experience in the Financial and Tax Advisory industry (minimum 1–2 years) is essential to understand our clients' needs and build meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate, identify, and qualify leads in the North American market.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Nurture relationships with leads by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams for effective handover of qualified leads.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs for lead generation, outreach, and meetings booked.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, especially within financial and tax advisory.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation / Outbound Sales.
  • Proven success in North American market lead generation and sales outreach.
  • Minimum of
    1–2 years of experience in Financial and Tax Advisory services
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining personalized engagement.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
