Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (or equivalent automation tools). The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing intelligent workflows, automating business processes, and building systems that optimize productivity while minimizing manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (or equivalent tools).
  • Identify manual tasks and create automation solutions to streamline business operations.
  • Integrate automation flows with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and external APIs as needed.
  • Document processes to ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of automation tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess automation requirements for data collection, management, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (preferred) or similar automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in UiPath, Zapier, Make, or other automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, and data manipulation.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities for optimization.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Excel automation, data scraping, or file handling.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and connectors.
  • Scripting experience in Python, VBA, or PowerShell is an advantage.
