Senior Full Stack (MERN) Developer

Overview:

We're hiring a 
Senior Full Stack Developer
 with hands-on 
healthcare
experience to build secure, production-grade web applications and data workflows. You'll turn clinical data into reliable user experiences with review/approval loops, clear auditability, and privacy-first data handling for healthcare providers and patients

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive healthcare web applications 
  (React/Next preferred)
   and secure backend APIs/services
  or Python)
• Design API contracts and data models for clinical notes, medical summaries, patient insights, and review/approval workflows
• Integrate speech-to-text and AI summarization capabilities with healthcare specific guardrails and monitoring
• Implement privacy-first data handling: patient consent management, RBAC, audit logs, and least-privilege access
• Build conversational/chat workflows for care teams, patient support, and clinical operations
• Contribute to telehealth capabilities: scheduling, secure sessions, messaging, and HIPAA-compliant file exchange
• Collaborate with data/AI teams to productize medical models with safety checks, fallback paths, and clinical validation
• Deliver maintainable, well-tested code with comprehensive documentation for healthcare compliance

Requirements:

• Healthcare Experience:
   
  3+ years
   building healthcare applications (provider systems, telehealth, or health-tech platforms)
• Full-Stack Experience:
   
  6+ years full-stack development
   in product/startup environments
• Frontend:
   
  (preferred)
  or similar modern frameworks
• Backend: (Express/Nest)
   or 
  Python
  (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• Healthcare Literacy
  : Understanding of clinical data models, FHIR/HL7 concepts, consent-based data flows, and audit trails
• APIs & Integration:
   
  REST/GraphQL
  , third-party integrations, webhooks, and healthcare system interoperability
• Databases
  : 
  Postgres/MySQL
  ; familiarity with cloud backends (Supabase/Firebase) for healthcare data
• AI Integration:
   Experience integrating
  NLP/LLM
   or summarization APIs into production healthcare workflows
• Security:
   Healthcare-grade security practices, patient data privacy, and compliance requirements

Nice To Have:

• Telehealth Experience:
   Scheduling systems, secure messaging, WebRTC for video consultations
• Conversational Healthcare UX
  : Medical chatbots, patient support workflows, call-center/agent assist systems
• Speech Processing:
   Speech-to-text for clinical notes, diarization pipelines, medical transcription
• Healthcare AI:
   Clinical decision support, medical summarization, diagnostic assistance workflows
• DevOps for Healthcare:
  Docker, CI/CD, HIPAA-compliant cloud deployment and monitoring
• Healthcare Standards:
   HL7 FHIR implementation, medical device integration, EHR connectivity Regional
• Experience:
   Pakistan healthcare context familiarity, local compliance requirements
