HR Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who excels at recruitment, team building, onboarding, and training. This is a key leadership role where you'll play a vital part in shaping our company culture, scaling our teams, and ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring to retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
- Build high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- Design and manage seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure every new employee transitions smoothly into their role and team.
- Maintain strong communication with new hires to ensure long-term retention.
- Create and oversee training programs to support team performance and growth.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate upskilling initiatives across departments.
- Partner with department heads to develop leadership and performance training.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices and team management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Lead, or Senior Recruiter.
- Proven track record in recruitment and team building across diverse roles.
- Strong experience designing and managing onboarding and training programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Experience in a remote or digital-first organization is a plus.
