HR Assistant (Remote – US Recruitment Focus)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Arizona (MST) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Metro Hospitality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support end-to-end HR and recruitment operations. This role reports directly to the Director of HR and requires strong English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support US-based hiring processes, specifically for the State of Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and report directly to the Director of HR to support daily HR and recruitment activities.

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US-based roles.

  • Manage job postings across US job boards and recruitment platforms.

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple US time zones, especially Arizona (MST).

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets, employee records, and HR databases.

  • Support onboarding and documentation for new US hires using BambooHR.

  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment, ensuring accurate completion of medical, dental, vision, and other benefit forms.

  • Help design and enhance onboarding processes, training modules, and SOP documentation.

  • Track and prepare HR-related KPIs (recruitment metrics, turnover, onboarding progress, etc.).

  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and recruitment summaries.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and strict confidentiality standards.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of HR as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.

  • Experience or familiarity with US hiring practices (preferred but not required).

  • Proficient with BambooHR (highly preferred).

  • Experience assisting with employee benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, training workflows, and onboarding processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to coordinate schedules and interviews across US time zones.

  • Willing to work Arizona hours (MST) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fully remote environment.

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month
