We're looking for a motivated HR intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow—with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent HR role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Participate in initial candidate screenings.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist in preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

Employee Relations:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to address employee queries and concerns.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including venue setup and materials preparation.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and data entry.

Compliance:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Support HR audits and maintain records for compliance purposes.

General Support:

  • Provide general support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresh Graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Rs5, Rs10,000.00 per month
