Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team full-time onsite. This role offers hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle, from job description development to onboarding, employee engagement, relationship management, and offboarding. It's a great opportunity for someone eager to start their HR career with the potential to move into a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and job postings.
  • Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and maintaining positive workplace relations.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Support in offboarding procedures and exit formalities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Anyother task assigned by the HR department.

Requirements

  • Fresh Gradutes or final year students.
  • Students with A level background are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices will be a plus.

  • Location: Onsite – Gulshan-e-Iqbal
  • Timings: Full-time, 12 PM – 9 PM
  • Stipend: PKR 15, ,000
  • Growth Opportunity: Potential permanent position based on performance
