Prime Salt is looking for a skilled Plant Technician & Production Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with prior salt production experience who can manage daily operations, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure smooth production from raw material intake to final product dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee day-to-day production operations at our salt refinery.


• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant equipment.


• Ensure quality standards and production targets are consistently met.


• Supervise plant staff and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams.


• Maintain safety, compliance, and efficiency across operations.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in salt processing / production (mandatory).


• Hands-on technical skills with refinery/plant equipment.


• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
