Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a "
Project Manager - Mechanical"
for our leading client.

Salary : 350k to 450k

Location : Port Qasim

Industry : Process Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical projects in the processing plant. Oversee all project phases, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and plant management to define project objectives and ensure alignment with plant goals.
  • Resource Management: Procure materials, equipment, and tools needed for the project. Allocate manpower efficiently across tasks.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, conduct risk assessments, and implement strategies to avoid disruptions.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, conduct quality control checks, and address technical issues to maintain high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and provide technical guidance to the project team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 15-20 years proven experience managing mechanical projects in industrial or processing plant environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and plant machinery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools eg. MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and process industry standards.
