About Us:

DB Global is a fast-growing, dynamic organization providing professional services across multiple industries. We are looking for highly motivated, disciplined, and career-driven individuals to join our Sales Team for a US-based project. This internship is designed to provide real-world sales experience and can lead to a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.
  • Handle client queries and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a current student or graduate from LUMS, FAST, FC, or LSE.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (to match US business hours).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience will be an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours: US Based working hours, (05:00PM to 02:00AM PKT) OR (06:00PM to 03:00AM)
