We're looking for a
passionate, creative, and versatile marketer
, fluent in Urdu and English, to own and grow Muzz's presence in Pakistan.

This role must be based in Karachi (remote), with regular travel across the country.

Day to day

  • Be our go-to expert for Pakistan. Own the market, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the app experience.
  • Organize and run
    singles events
    to bring people together offline.
  • Create engaging
    digital and social content
    that resonates with our Pakistani audience.
  • Build and manage relationships with
    influencers and brands
    , negotiating impactful partnerships.
  • Run
    focus groups
    to gather user insights and improve the product experience.
  • Partner with ad agencies to execute
    OOH and billboard campaigns
    in major cities.
  • Collaborate with our
    SEO team
    to produce content that boosts Muzz's visibility in Pakistan.
  • Own and manage our
    social media channels
    , posting fresh, creative content daily.
  • Brainstorm and execute
    bold marketing strategies
    that drive community growth.
  • Work closely with our
    UK HQ and regional Marketing Specialists
    to share ideas and align campaigns.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
    in Pakistan, ideally at a startup, agency, or fast-paced consumer brand.
  • A
    versatile marketer
    who understands the full funnel, from awareness to retention.
  • Fluent in
    Urdu and English
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Muslim culture
    and how to authentically connect with this audience.
  • A
    creative thinker
    brimming with ideas and eager to test them.
  • Proven track record of building
    brand presence both online and offline
    .
  • A
    data-driven mindset
    , always questioning, optimising, and improving.
  • A
    natural storyteller
    who can proudly represent Muzz in Pakistan.
  • Strong
    project management and communication skills
    , comfortable working across time zones.
  • Able to travel across Pakistan if required.
  • Must have the
    right to work in Pakistan without sponsorship
    .
