We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing & Web Development Agency in Lahore, helping local and international businesses grow through result-driven online marketing, branding, and technology solutions. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct initial meetings/discovery calls with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Present and pitch agency services (digital marketing, web development, e-commerce, SEO, paid ads, branding).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in digital marketing/web development sales is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to confidently talk to business owners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus.
