Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic E-commerce Sales Representative (Female) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing online sales, engaging with customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process across different e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy building client relationships, handling sales operations, and contributing to brand success — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day sales activities on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, and order processing to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure timely response to customer queries and maintain a professional tone.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends and platform changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, customer support, or related roles is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or Daraz.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently during night shifts.
  • Fresh candidates with good communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
