Role Description

This is a full-time E-commerce (Sales) role located on-site in the Karachi Division. The E-commerce Sales professional will be responsible for managing online sales activities, building client relationships, analysing sales data, and developing effective sales strategies. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Commerce principles and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to work toward a monthly sales
    target of around ($5,000 – $7,000)
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and leverage sales data effectively
  • Strong Communication abilities to engage and build rapport with clients
  • Customer Service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure loyalty
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques to drive success and achieve targets
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in e-commerce is a plus
