Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales operations, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, and driving revenue growth across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor sales activities across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings with strong titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Execute and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to maximize conversions.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sourcing teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketplace trends, competition, and platform updates.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Daraz, Walmart, or Shopify.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
