Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator, located in Karachi Division. The Office Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, handling phone calls, and maintaining office equipment. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting communications, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Excellent communication skills: Phone Etiquette, Communication
  • Customer Service skills: Providing high-quality Customer Service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
