We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a key role in creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and organization
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs40,000.00 per month
