We're Hiring: AI Engineer (4+ Years Experience)

Are you passionate about building intelligent systems that transform data into insights and business value? We're looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:


• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based models to solve real-world business problems


• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage


• Work with large datasets for data processing and feature engineering


• Deliver impactful BI reporting and analytics solutions for decision-makers


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to bring AI-driven ideas to life.

What We're Looking For:


• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles


• Strong background in data science, data engineering, and data processing

Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)


• Experience with AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers


• Good knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)


• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)


• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business value


• Proficiency in Python (must-have) and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
