Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent logging systems for our AI agents. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Python, experience with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, and hands-on experience deploying and maintaining LLM and RAG-based systems in production environments.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring the traceability, observability, and reliability of our AI-driven products.

Responsibilities:

● Design and implement a scalable logging framework for AI agents and LLM-based applications.

● Capture and structure key agent interactions, inputs, outputs, and reasoning traces for monitoring and auditing purposes.

● Integrate logging with existing infrastructure (cloud services, monitoring, observability tools).

● Collaborate with AI, data, and MLOps teams to establish standards and best practices for LLM observability.

● Optimize performance and reliability in large-scale AI deployments.

● Contribute to continuous improvement of our LLMOps toolchain.

Requirements:

● Extensive knowledge of Python and strong experience developing production-grade systems.

● Familiarity with LangGraph or LangChain, including building agent workflows and managing prompt orchestration.

● Experience deploying systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.

● Experience developing or deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

● Experience in the LLMOps field, including tools, pipelines, monitoring, and versioning of LLM-based solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Familiarity with observability stacks (ELK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).

● Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, AI transparency).

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
