We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive at Poshish

Poshish, Pakistan's leading furniture brand, is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen its Marketing & Branding Department. This is a senior-level role for a highly motivated professional who can lead impactful campaigns, drive brand growth, and manage both digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns to boost sales and ROI.
  • Manage digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring efficient budget utilization and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive social media marketing, overseeing content, engagement, and brand voice.
  • Execute traditional marketing initiatives including events, print media, and outdoor campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Manage online reputation (ORM) through reviews, feedback, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with business and branding goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve department KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or furniture industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of 360° marketing campaigns (digital + traditional).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, creative, and results-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple projects.
