  • Collaborate with senior management on HR strategy and operations
  • Formulate and enforce HR policies aligned with best practices
  • Oversee performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
  • Drive initiatives for retention, development, and organizational growth
  • Ensure compliance across HR operations and provide team interventions
  • Manage health & safety, grievance handling, and disciplinary protocols
  • Implement succession planning and exit procedures
  • Maintain records for attendance, leave, travel, payroll, insurance, medical, provident fund, pension, and EOBI
